In 2013, commit to MORE:
More reading. More exercise. More laughing. More honesty. More action. More saving. Working more on things that matter and spending more time with those who matter.
in 2013, commit to LESS:
Less griping. Less whining. Less eating. Less television. Less wasting time. Less silly spending. Less spending time with toxic people. Less putting energy into thing that don’t move you forward.
Commit to this list of both MORE and LESS and your 2013 will be much better and more rewarding!

Love the More and Less idea. I have one for my personal Less list: less obsessing over what I can’t change! (An ongoing battle…sigh…)
Well put. I constantly see and hear people who moan and cry about how bad things are, but they NEVER commit to do anything about it. Sure, they’ll give lip service. But good old fashioned honest commitment? Not so much. One must be committed to something, or one will flounder over everything. Happy 2013 folks! Now get COMMITTED!
I have been reading your books, blogs, and watching your videos. I have finally become uncomfortable with the “status quo”. Therefore, this year, I am willing to take action. I have decided to adopt your 2013 More/Less “rules”. I want this year to be better than last year, and the springboard for all the years that are to come. I just need to keep reminding myself that “this too shall pass”. Thanks for your honesty.
2013 is also a very good year to keep doing it, just like last year, and the year before that… 🙂
2013…is the year for me…to FOCUS on “what matters most” to me (the words of Hyrum W Smith) because, even though I am 66 years old, there is still MUCH…that I want to see happen, in my life!
Spot on as usual . . . The philisopy is simple to understand, the success will occur once implemented . . . Thanks Larry . . . : )
Love it! Doing it!
