Great interview, Larry – as a former HR Director, there certainly ARE disgruntled employees, all the time, no matter what – and for them to actually take up Bezos on the offer to write in …….not likely to happen. They are happier just making noise. People are compromising their integrity and their reputations that way – and it is, and will, cost them in the long run.
Leadership must change because the times, they are a changing. Your perspective is always so direct, clear and concise – love it.
Love the interviews. Thanks for sharing.
Great comments Larry, and of course your line about Yelp reviews is just about on the mark.
Meanwhile, Amazon – any business of this size is bound to attract people that are not happy – that’s why they left.
Keep up the good work.
