The one thing I wish I had sooner was to find the best financial advisor. Knowing that this was not my strong suit (more of a sales and marketing minded owner), understanding the numbers, or having someone that understands the numbers, could have helped to keep more money in company. I would assume understanding what your “less than strong point” is, and filling that roll, can produce compounding results over the life of your company.
